If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase following the below instructions and the terms of service.   • On stocked items we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (via a store credit) within 7 days of purchase with the original proof of purchase
  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on purchases of non-stocked or custom items – including Artwork
  • The item must be in original condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.
  • Please contact us via email at [email protected]. for details and return addressing to coordinate a return
  • It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit to us.
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.  Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
  • Refunds will only be offered on these lines if the item is faulty. 
  • Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
  • No refund or exchange will be offered on sale items.
