Cancellations

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete the purchase.

Returns

We do not offer returns. A refund or exchange is only available if the item is broken or damaged. Our policy for refunds or exchanges is valid for 30 days from the receipt of your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your order back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 2-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The appearance of the credit on your card or bank statement may take longer depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you received approval for a refund but haven’t seen it in your account, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
